4.1 Deposits: 88lj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 88lj aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for amounts under ₱50,000, subject to verification status.
4.3 Verification Requirements: 88lj may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. 4.6 Prohibited Transactions: You must not use the 88lj Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

12.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in a closed account following deduction of applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
